1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RewardersAds ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

RewardersAds is operated by Rewarders Network ("we," "us," or "our") and provides advertising services to both advertisers and publishers.

2. Service Description

RewardersAds provides:

• Ad serving and delivery infrastructure
• Targeting and optimization tools for advertisers
• Monetization solutions for publishers
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• Fraud detection and prevention
• Payment processing for advertisers and publishers

3. For Advertisers

3.1 Account Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old or legal age in your jurisdiction
• Must provide accurate billing information
• Must comply with all applicable advertising laws
• Must have rights to advertise the products/services in your ads

3.2 Prohibited Content

You may NOT advertise:

• Illegal products or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods)
• Adult/pornographic content
• Gambling or casino services (unless licensed)
• Cryptocurrency scams or Ponzi schemes
• Misleading or false advertising
• Hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Malware, viruses, or phishing
• Unproven medical claims or miracle cures

3.3 Pricing and Billing

• CPC (Cost Per Click): Average $0.10, bids start at $0.05
• CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions): Average $2.50
• CPA (Cost Per Action): Custom negotiated rates
• Minimum spend: $50 for CPC/CPM, $500 for CPA
• Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, crypto, wire transfer
• Billing cycle: Pre-pay or post-pay (credit approved accounts)

4. For Publishers

4.1 Eligibility

• Must own or control the websites/apps where ads appear
• Must have legal rights to monetize your content
• Traffic must be legitimate (no bots, incentivized traffic, etc.)
• Minimum 1,000 monthly page views to join

4.2 Prohibited Practices

Publishers may NOT:

• Click their own ads or encourage others to click
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate fake traffic
• Modify ad code or manipulate ad serving
• Place ads on illegal, adult, or hate speech content
• Misrepresent traffic sources or inflate metrics
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits

4.3 Revenue Share

• Publisher share: 70% of ad revenue
• Platform share: 30% (infrastructure, fraud detection, support)
• Minimum payout: $100 via PayPal, $250 via crypto
• Payout schedule: Monthly, NET 30 days
• Payment methods: PayPal, crypto (BTC, ETH), wire transfer

5. Fraud Detection and Prevention

We employ advanced fraud detection systems:

• Bot detection: Machine learning algorithms identify non-human traffic
• IP analysis: Suspicious IPs, VPNs, and proxies are flagged
• Behavioral analysis: Unusual click patterns are detected
• Device fingerprinting: Track unique devices to prevent fraud
• Manual review: Human review of flagged accounts

We reserve the right to withhold payment, suspend accounts, or ban users engaging in fraudulent activity.

6. Data and Privacy

• We collect data for ad targeting and fraud prevention
• End user IPs are hashed, never stored plain
• Advertisers and publishers control their account data
• GDPR and CCPA compliant

7. Intellectual Property

Advertisers: You retain ownership of your ad creatives but grant us a license to display them.

Publishers: You retain ownership of your content. Ads displayed are owned by advertisers.

Platform: RewardersAds name, logo, and technology are our intellectual property.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may close your account at any time. Advertisers: unused credits are non-refundable. Publishers: pending earnings will be paid if above minimum payout.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment (advertisers)
• Prohibited content
• Legal requirements

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, TRAFFIC LEVELS, OR EARNINGS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REWARDERS NETWORK BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (ADVERTISERS) OR EARNED IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (PUBLISHERS).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewarders Network from any claims arising from:

• Your ad content or landing pages (advertisers)
• Your website content (publishers)
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
