By accessing and using RewardersAds ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RewardersAds is an in-house advertising network that serves ads across the Rewarders ecosystem, including:

rlinks.app
magicauth.app
freescrumpoker.com

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

As an advertiser, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful advertising content
Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
Not promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Respect intellectual property rights of others
Maintain appropriate landing pages for advertised content

4. Prohibited Content

Advertisements must not contain or promote:

Illegal products, services, or activities
Adult or sexually explicit content
Violence, hate speech, or discrimination
Misleading or deceptive claims
Malware, viruses, or harmful software
Copyright or trademark infringement

5. Pricing and Payment

House Ads: Free advertising for Rewarders ecosystem products with unlimited impressions.

Paid Campaigns: External advertisers are charged per click (CPC model). Current rate: $0.10 per click.

Payment terms and refund policies will be specified in your campaign agreement.

6. Campaign Management

We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove any campaign that violates these terms or our content policies. No refunds will be provided for campaigns removed due to policy violations.

7. Analytics and Reporting

We provide campaign performance data including impressions, clicks, and click-through rates (CTR). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% precision in analytics data.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your advertising content. By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a license to display, reproduce, and distribute your ads across our network.

9. Limitation of Liability

RewardersAds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting us.
